Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital product(s) or service(s) that the Buyer orders electronically on https://ivdr.net, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product / Service, Price and Payment

• The name, description, unit price (EUR, taxes included where applicable) and total price of each product or service are shown on the product page and in the order summary before payment.
• Payment is made by credit or debit card through the payment institution iyzico. Card details are entered on iyzico's secure page and are never stored by the Seller.
• No shipping or additional fees apply to digital products.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by e-mail download link within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Services are performed remotely on the dates agreed in writing. Full details are in our Delivery, Returns & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• Digital products: the Buyer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the download begins (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ).
• Services: the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of the order, provided performance has not been completed; fees for any portion already performed at the Buyer's request are deducted (Art. 15/1-h).
• Withdrawal notices must be sent to info@ivdr.net. Refunds are made to the original card within 14 days.

6. Licence and Use

Digital products are licensed, not sold. The Buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates within its own organisation. Resale, redistribution or public sharing is prohibited. See the Terms of Use.

7. Seller's Obligations

The Seller undertakes to deliver the product or service as described, within the stated period, and to provide support at the contact details above. If delivery becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer within 3 days and refunds the full price within 14 days.

8. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade. For business customers, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

9. Entry into Force

By ticking the confirmation box and clicking "Pay" at checkout, the Buyer declares that it has read and accepted this agreement and the preliminary information form. A copy of the order confirmation is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.
