As our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, special refund conditions apply. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on IVDR.net are digital goods delivered electronically. Once purchased, templates and documents are immediately available for download. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns in the traditional sense.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund

  • Request made within 14 days of purchase
  • Valid reason provided (technical issues, product not as described)
  • Product has not been significantly used or modified
  • First refund request from the same customer

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Request made after 14 days from purchase
  • Change of mind or no longer needed
  • Incompatibility with your software (check requirements before purchase)
  • Failure to read product description before purchasing
  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer
  • Bundle purchases where individual items have been downloaded

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us through our Contact Page within 14 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number and email used for purchase
  3. Provide a clear explanation of the issue
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for review

4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
  • Your license to use the product will be revoked
  • You must delete all copies of the downloaded files

Before requesting a refund for technical issues, please contact our support team. Many issues can be resolved with assistance:

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or store credit as an alternative to full refunds, particularly for bundle purchases or special circumstances.
